"I was so excited to find a great selection of fun and educational toys, with good prices too. I was struggling to come up with ideas for Christmas presents for my 3 boys, but once I found Fat Brain, it was hard not too order too much! We had one slight problem with the case of the erector set we ordered being cracked, but customer service was friendly and efficient and we should be receiving a replacement case shortly. "I do all my shopping online these days, and I research prices thoroughly on anything over about $20. I have not been this impressed by a company or web site in quite some time. Fat Brain Toys ranks as one of the best experiences I have had shopping anywhere, anytime. Despite the huge inventory I still felt like I was dealing with a small company in the individualized attention I perceived was given to my order- I was updated when it shipped (along with the exact amount of time it took to do so- under 6 hours!) and when I wrote a lukewarm review of one of the items I was immediately contacted with return information should I choose to do so (I didn't).
Packaging was excellent, as was the invoice included- very clear and no fine print about returns, etc. Finally, the account page on their web site allowed me to quickly and easily locate this past order to retrieve the order number for this review.
There isn't a single thing I can think of that they could be doing better. My close buddy, a web developer, bought a few items from this site and was blown away by it.
