"I would like to report internet scammers, Fatbikez.com, and how they managed to steal my money. On 5/22/10, I ordered a Targa Seat Cowl from the www.Fatbikez.com Web site. They never, ever sent a Conformation Email. I wondered if it was an internet scam and called the number ***-***-****) multiple times and no one answered the phone. I emailed them multiple times through their "contact us" message center on their website. Finally, the item was delivered to me by the US Post Office, by mail and in a non-protective box, on June 10th, 2010.
When I finally received the product, it was the wrong color with multiple paint blemishes. Further, there was no invoice sheet included in the package or even an order number. The item did not even fit my motorcycle and I am not sure why they sent me such a damaged part that wasn't designed for my bike. I called the business about 25 times in a week so I can return the product.
The one time they answered the phone, a female answered and directed me to email them because they did not have the address to where I should return the product. I emailed multiple times and finally got a response from Doug Segal from Fatbikez, who gave me the RA number (RA 615JINS), and it was shipped back to them via UPS in a protective box on 6/17/10. The tracking number is available if requested.
I started emailing them again on July 3rd, and finally received a response on July 12th, from Doug Segal who said he was going to make sure the product was received before he issued the refund. Eventually, Doug told me the product was "damaged" and they were not going to refund me the money and they were going to "mail it back" to me.
It was because the product was "damaged, didn't fit my bike, was the wrong color why I sent it back to them in the first place. The company would not agree to refund my money and their customer service is non-responsive to my many requests.

"I ordered and paid for a gel seat for my suzuki gsxr 1000 on the 28th of May. I didnt hear anything or recieve my seat for over 2 weeks. I tried to call fat bikes at least 15 times and I emailed them twice and never got a response? I finally had to call the credit card company to have the payment cancelled so I could order the seat off ebay, where I should have ordered from in the first place.
