"I had my package delivered three times by this company, not until the 4th time they decide to lie to me about my package being out for delivery. It's way past the delivery times. Can't wait to hear the excuses they'll try to email me back with. Scam company. From now on ill only shop with websites that ship with USPS or UPS. Fedex is a big NO. "
"Usually my experience with FedEx has been very good and I used to trust the company's service a lot. However, my perception changed with today's experience. I went in to the local FedEx in my neighborhood (626 E Michigan Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823). I tried to print my document and it did not print as there was no paper, but I was charged. When i requested the staff to look at it she was rude to begin with. Next she put in some papers in the printer and I tried again and it did not work again, but I was charged a second time. I went to the same lady and she was super rude and told me how I was doing everything wrong and did not even know how to print. After waiting for a lot of time , I asked her to come and help me with it. This time she came and directed me to print and my document did not print even the third time. She just went off and asked me to wait for as long as I can. After waiting for almost 5-7 minutes I realized it was not going to work out and I asked her about the printing again and she replied that she was not responsible for it without any trace of care for troubling a customer. At that time I really did not know, who to talk to and how to sort it out. So, asked for a refund, and she looked into her system and said my card had been charged only once and she would refund me for that time. However, when I came back home and checked my credit card, it was charged three times. How could they been blatantly cheating like this. When I called about it, she was rude again and made me feel like I was asking for her charity and not my own money.
Name of the staff concerned is DreAna and I fail to understand how has FedEx kept such an incompetent and rude person to deal with customers."
"Since the tracking thing is constantly down, I can never tell if the package is en route. It was sitting in a facility for more than 24 hours without moving then finally gets around to delivering it when i wasn't able to get it since i didn't know it was coming since the website was down. Funny now they say "how to prep when receiving a package and they cant even deliver or keep the website running"
"Sent packet to Mexico May 17, 2018. It was supposed to arrive to its destination 5/21/2018. Today is 3/31/2018 and Customer Service unable to explain why packet has not been delivered."
"Fedex is absolutley horrible! They are slackers they rarely delver on time, and when issues arise they leave it to the consumer to have to call them sit on hold for nearly an hour then have no resolution. I order a lot of things from Amazon Ebay ect. and since my last issue with not getting my package and having to waste 3 hours of my life I will never get back he issue is still not resolved. I paid over $100 to overnight something internationally is my item here ? NOPE it's not here in fact they were too lazy to contact me via tex, email or phone to let me know i had to fill out some custom forms. I did that and still the package is sitting there after I spent 3 hours of hell. I am so beyond **** at this point . I already cancel any order on Amazon if they are shipping via Fedex I will straight send the item directly back to the shipper if they use Fedex as I refuse to buy products or anyone who uses Fedex because of the poor service . I also advise all other companies that they should switch to UPS who has never made an error ever in 15 years and they actually contact customers to get custom issues resolved so their package is delivered in time. Good bye Fedex I will never buy a product or from any company who uses Fedex ever again. My time is important to me and this is the last time their name or my time gets wasted on them. "

"The delivery drivers are OK, sometimes very nice. However I have had packages posted as arriving by a certain date that then went missing. Currently there is a package that made it half way across country only to be sent most of the way back. It started in Carson, CA. Then it went to LA, then Barstow, then Arizona, then NM, then Kansas. Not bad, but the next day it was back in NM. Now it's in MO, with no delivery date available at this time. It was supposed to be here yesterday by end of day. When I called, I was told to contact the seller ? ? It's "smartpost" what a bad name! Regular Fedex is fine."

Unacceptable. From not delivering my package to not knowing who is even driving YOUR company trucks! How can your company function?! I saw the driver pull up and start to deliver packages and when I asked the driver (who might not even work for you since no one knows who is driving) if there was a package for me, "I got no more packages". Ta Da! A few minutes later I get an email saying "Delivery attempted - FedEx tried to deliver your package". Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. On so many levels. I was there watching the whole thing! I can tell you what, I will do my hardest to make sure I never order through FedEx again! As for your driver...fire them. 1. You are wasting money on someone who doesn't care about their work quality. 2. You save money as a company and you will need it because you will be getting less business!"
"FedEx has twice now delivered an extremely heavy item and left it outside my door. The first time they left it in a pile of snow and the item was completely damaged. We had to send it back, which was a huge hassle because we had carried it piece by piece up our stairs (because it was too heavy to lift). The second time we left a note for them to ring the bell so that it wouldn't be left outside. They rang the bell and I literally ran to the door so that I could ask the guy to bring the box inside for me, and he was already driving away by the time I got there. The item was way too heavy for me to lift, so I had to dismantle it piece by piece (32 pieces in total) outside, and carry each piece inside and upstairs. Maybe the reason they are able to deliver so quickly is because they don't care at all about their customer experience."
"My package was supposed to come 3 days ago and it has just been sitting in the same facility. This always happens with fedex and it’s always late. Always didsapointed. I love ups and never have problems. FedEx is garbage and everyone there is lazy"
"Because of my age and health limitations, and because cat litter and food is too heavy for me, I have my cat products delivered to me from Chewy.com. Fed Ex has always put my orders on my covered front porch. I open the boxes on the porch & roll the items into my house. My last order with Chewy.com was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Chewy promises 2 day delivery and they have never let me down! I watched all day for my order (cat litter) which I needed badly. It never came. When I called Chewy the next morning, I was told Fed Ex reported the order delivered and at my "back door." That door is downstairs under a carport in the back of the house. I looked from my deck on the first level and it was not there. The Chewy customer service agent wanted me to look again, so I did. That's when I discovered my boxes at the foot of my deck stairs, 12 stairs, in the driveway, and in the rain!!!!!!!! Chewy said they would report it, but I desperately needed my order so I called Fed Ex myself.
I reported what had happened and that I was unable to carry the boxes and that I wanted the driver back out here today to bring it back around to my front porch where it was supposed to be delivered. I had no idea whether or not it was still usable after being in the storms we had last night. The Fed Ex agent I spoke to this morning specifically said he had spoken to (someone) and they were going to come back and quote, “DELIVER MY ORDER PROPERLY”. I ASKED, “TODAY?” AND HE ANSWERED, “SURE.” Again, I went back & forth to my front porch all day looking for it.
When it hadn't come by 4:45 pm, I called Fed Ex again. I spoke to one agent who said they wouldn’t do that, and when I wanted to speak to her supervisor, was connected with their "Customer Service Advocate". Well, guess what??? The Fed Ex Agent from that morning flat out LIED TO ME!!!! Turns out he never even entered our phone conversation from that morning into their system, let alone arranged for someone to come back to the house to bring it to my porch!!!!! The advocate told me that they don’t do that and won’t do it! He said, “ONCE IT IS DELIVERED TO YOUR PROPERTY, IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY!” I asked to speak to whoever was above him, and he informed me that there is no one. They are under the vice president of Fed Ex and that person has assigned these issues to them. In other words “tough lady, it’s your problem, we’re done” and he disconnected me! Mistakes I can handle. But there is NO EXCUSE for LYING. And of course, I didn’t get his name. I wasn’t expecting this. He sounded sincere and I believed him! How foolish was I? … I can’t help wondering if the delivery man was ticked because each box was so heavy, ( 2 – 25 lb cat litters in ea box, so 51 pounds each box), and that’s why he delivered them outside at the foot of a long flight of stairs? I’ll never know since Fed Ex doesn’t consider themselves accountable.
If this review was about Chewy.com, I would give them 5 stars with no reservation! They have been an unusually FANTASTIC company to work with ever since I started ordering from them!!! When I called them after my last conversation with Fed Ex, I was livid and very close to tears because Fed Ex had treated me with such an uncaring, irresponsible attitude and had lied to me! The Chewy agent listened very patiently and was very caring, was even apologetic even though Fed Ex’s service had nothing to do with them. Not only was she going to file a report for me, but she placed another order for me at no charge!!!! Tell me: what company does that???
If you have a choice, do not give your business to Fed Ex. They are irresponsible and not to be trusted!

"FedEx is a low tech dinosaur. It was innovative in the 80's but not up to modern standards. Their customer service is poor, but worse their information technology seems decades old. In my case, I need a simple call or text when the van is at my building for delivery. Any other company could simply accomplish this with either the driver giving a call or their automated tracking system sending me a text alert. FedEx can do neither because a) they do not want to pay for drivers personal phones and b) their IT is outdated and poor. (Their solution, I wait outside on the sidewalk in the freezing cold weather) C'MON-MAN"
