"I ordered a Lasermax for my Sig P226 (LMS-2261) on 6/10/12 and received it on 6/15/2012. Upon inspection, I noticed that parts were missing (the replacement takedown lever with the actiation switch). I notified them on 6/16/2012 via their website as they instructed and received a timely response indicating they were opening an RMA and sending me a return label. When a week went by and no label appeared I contacted them again via their website (there is no phone support....argh!). Apparently they e-ailed it to me and it appears that it may have been blocked as spam. I received the replacement e-mail they sent with the UPS label. I UPS'd it back to them on 6/26/12 and UPS indicates that it was delivered and signed for on 6/29/12. It is 7/11/12 and still no word on a replacement. I just contacted them again via their website. Verhy frustrating experience...I would have gladly paid more to not have to deal with this. To be fair the e-mail issue and missing parts are really not their fault, however the customer service experience has not been very good trying to get a replacement. I will give it another week to see if they can resolve the issue and then I am going to have to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed."
