The LaserLyte sight I ordered had a malfunction. I contacted LaserLyte, and they gave me some things to try. When that failed, they immediately sent another sight with a complimentary package of batteries. Sweet!

"Hidden fees everywhere. If they make a mistake in shipping (after you have already made payment) they will try and charge you for the mistake they made. Customer service was extremelly rude, unwilling to compromise, never apologised for the mistake, and overall was lazy. STAY AWAY.

P.S Before you believe the other 5-star reviews notice that most of them have only made 1 review. Kind of questionable if you ask me.Seeing as most people don't make accounts on random sites just to leave 5 star reviews.

Yes, you offered to charge us extra money above that which we already had payed. When my wife and I sell things on amazon we make sure what we charge people is right. If prices go up due to our miscalculations we pay for it out of pocket.

Bullying someone and expecting integrity/accountability are two different things. We got upset because, not only were you trying to charge us extra fees twice, but your e-mails never had an apology and were unprofessional.
