one item to make priority shipping cost effective. If, you are
purchasing a single item, it might be best to shop around for another
vendor that does not add insurance and a premium shipping fee. For
instance, I'm currently looking at a Weaver scope mount. FedTact has
the lowest price, compared to Amazon, until you add in their insurance
and premium shipping, then Amazon's free shipping and no insurance fee

"They have very good pricing on their items. I have yet to experience their customer service and shipping competence. One thing I DO NOT like is their ordering system. If you choose to pay via paypal. They complete the transaction and you have to manually cut and paste your order number and invoice price to a completely different "parent" site that is linked to their paypal account. This is clunky and unnecessary. Paypal makes it very easy to integrate into your own website. I have done it many times myself. This seller should work harder to make paypal payments more fluid and closely integrated with their site.

I can see some more skeptical buyers abandoning payment if they are presented with the current workflow.

"Ordered a product, tracked through UPS, supposedly out for delivery 4 days in a row, have not received it. UPS says contact shipper, called twice and left messages, tried to use e-mail system three times using three different computers and system does not work. Tomorrow I am going to PayPal resolutions to try and get my money back. I realize this is probably UPS losing the item, but I am finding it impossible to get resolution or get in contact with Fedtacticaldirect.com.

UPDATE, Owner called me and it appears that I was wrong and apparently they have been trying to contact me. I still cannot find the phone message, but I believe him. VERY impressive. I still don't have my item, and it is really UPS's fault, but I now know that Fedtacticaldirect.com is doing their best.
LAST UPDATE No Joy on my item, but Fedtacticaldirect is doing their best. My final word is this, It would have been easy to just refund my money and get rid of the problem, but Fedtacticaldirect instead focused on trying to get me the product. From now on, no matter how this works out, I will check out Fedtacticaldirect first for my firearms needs.
