Good reviews have become increasingly important to me, especially with online retailers, some of whom can be a mite shady. Second, the prices are generally a good bit less expensive than most of the competition. There were unfortunately a good many items out of stock when I placed my order, BUT I imagine this would be due to a high business volume from all these good reviews. AND, any items not in stock seem to be clearly marked as such, which is great. There's nothing worse than ordering a bunch of stuff and come to find out half of it isn't actually available. "I bought a LG-449 Crimson Trace Laser Guard for my Ruger SR40c. I searched several sites and local stores and the price was the best around and quite a bit less, even with the insurance charge. Fast shipping! Ordered on Sunday, shipped Tuesday and arrived on Friday. Was exactly as described and I LOVE it! The only issue I had was it arrived with a dead battery. I contacted Crimson Trace directly and they sent out 2 extra batteries to make up for it and sent out another for signing up for the free batteries for life. They more than made up for it. I am sure Fedtacticaldirect would have made it right had I called them first but since I was registering and signing up for free batteries anyway I just told CT and they took care of everything. I would definitely buy from them again if they had what I was looking for and the price was right. Only other thing was the site could be a little easier to navigate but not a big deal."

"I bought the Crimson Trace for my Bersa 380 Thunder and I am very happy. The shipping was very fast and the product was easy to install.
It just took a few turns with the adjustment screws and I was able to get the sight set perfect!
