"Found FedTactical from a Google search while looking for tents. Their best price blew everything else I could find out of the water. I was a little hesitant about ordering from this as this was just about the only website with any sort of review on them. I decided to give them and chance and I went ahead and purchased a tent along with some other things. There was a bit of a issue with shipping on FedTacs part but I will say they made it right in the end. Getting a hold of them wasnt easy as I think I made at least a dozen calls and left some voicemail message as well with no response. They did respond fairly quickly to their contact form on the website though. The items I ordered were all exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use them again but just make sure you give yourself more leeway on the stated shipping times in case you run into a problem like I did. "

Overall, it was a good exerience to do business with this seller. Items that I had ordered from this seller were both received within 4~5 days. Very good. Though the response from customer service made me sick. Mannerless.

From placing an order to item is shipped takes no more than 24 or 36 hours. This fast shipment was part of your shipment payment, not simplely due to they ship it fast. The seller use express or more expensice shipment method.....asure you receive the item soo as possible....but I do not mind to wait for 7 days and pay sheaper shipping fee. Shipment price is about $15~ $20 depends on the weight and the seller also charge additional handling fee, which made me not happy. I thought I got the cheapest price but turned out I paid a little more than I expected.

The company is in MD but warehouse is in MO. Made me confused and the customer service answered me with the phrase "Out warehouse is in MO. Make sence?" This response made me so sick; very rude. "
