I thought I was ordering a refrigerator filter with a green label (UKF8001), but when I received it, it was in a blue box and it said that it "replaces" UKF8001. It seems to work fine, but if I'm correct in what I thought I saw, I don't think it's right for them to send something different than what is pictured. "

"A cheating company of misleading website!!!

Their website shows anything as a UKF-8001 water filter. A picture of the original Mytag UKF-8001 is displayed there with sign "Made in USA". Nowhere has it ever show this is a SUPCO brand replacement, before you can place an order.

After you place the order, it adds description with one prefix
"WF-295" before "Maytag UKF-8001 UKF8001 Certified Green Refrigerator Water Filter". Who knows what this WF-295 stand for? Well, the answer is there when you open the package==> There is "WF295 Can replace: MyTag .... UKF8001."

Do not believe their website. Their customer reviews are always 5 stars. They are good at filtering out those honest reviews about their bad cheating model.

"The filter is a cheap knock off. The picture on the site is of the maytag filter, the filter they sent is not a maytag filter. Perhaps it says it somewhere on the site, but it is definitely not clear. They need to make it clear they're not selling the factory replacement filter."
