"My order was not shipped after two weeks even though it says "in stock" when I placed the order. I tried to email, and call and left message to ask for the status. No response at all after a few days. The number is always either busy or idle, there is never a real person picking up the phone. My filter light has turn red and I have no idea when they are going to ship it or if they are going to ship it or not. Finally, I gave up and canceled the order by calling my credit card company."
