"I placed my order on line on 3-17-13. It is now 3-28-13 and I still have not received my order. I have sent two emails and left one voice mail. I have not received a response from anyone at filteroutlets.com. The fact that I have not received my order yet is bad enough, but the fact that I have gotten zero response from any of my messages is unacceptable from a customer's perspective. "

"I havent received my filters that i placed on march 18 and today is the 28 10 days later come on. I bave called about 7 or 8 times and left voicemails and no one has returned my phone calls plus no responce to my emails too. Never will i order from this company again

"Ordered the filters several weeks ago and I have still not received them. I did a follow up call to the company and just found out that the filters won't be available until mid-April. They were very polite and offered to reimburse my funds but I wish they would have let me know without me having to follow up with them.
