"Shady company. Stay away from them and their products. I just received my MADE IN THE USA product. The product arrived with MADE IN CHINA label on the box. I then talked to the service department. They informed me that the product was made in the USA but the packaging was made from recycled material in China. Give me a break!! What a bunch of bull. The label on the product in the box says manufactured for XXX by Hong Kong EcoAgua Company. Sounds like a little shell game with company names to fool consumers into thinking they are buying a MADE IN AMERICA product.
I then talked to “head of the service department”. She told the same story but informed me that I could obtain a full refund minus the return shipping costs. They are advertising MADE IN THE USA product and I have to pay to ship the MADE IN CHINA product back to them. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told there is no one above her, just a person named Jacob who was the owner of the company. According to the head of customer service, for security reasons I could not have Jacobs last name or a way to contact him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Update: I emailed the company who manufactured this product, WF295, and they confirmed that the product is manufactured in China to their specifications."

"I ordered a filter from Filter Outlets on 11/20/2012. I have called the number on the order confirmation every day with no luck. I have left messages and heard nothing. I have e-mailed them still no reply. I wanted to get a delivery date. Based on the fact that I can't reach them I feel that I have been cheated out of my money. And yes my credit card was charged which is not suppose to happen until the item is shipped. I am filing a complaint with my credit card holder today due to the fact that I cannot reach them. I am very unhappy and will not use them again. "
