After finally being able to talk to someone who was helpful and ask me to try the filter and if not satisfied I could return and receive a refund as well as shipping cost. Looking back at my ordering history I choose Filteroutlets based on price think I would receive what I ordered. Alsothe filters were $3.00 cheaper at another company. Forgetting the cost, my big concern was I received the incorrect item ordered and made feel like a fool when discusing, not the way I like to do business.
