I needed the charcoal for this weekend, reason why I ordered an expedited and more expensive shipping option, but since the the charcoal was not on stock, I ended up paying more for the shipment when there was no way it would have make it on time.

A more honest approach would be to notify the product is not on stock before the order is placed, so the consumer can take an informed decision. "

"I've now ordered twice from them. The first time was a little mix up, but once I contacted them, they got my order corrected and started the shipping process. I had purchased a combination pack and only part of it was available. They were able to break apart the combo and ship it to me in pieces to get me going. As luck would have it, the part I needed the most was the available part. Got me up and running for a large family gathering.
