"Many of the items listed on their site turned out to be out of stock. Instead of offering the listed price and delaying delivery until the items were in stock, they just cancelled the order. Several friends had the same experience with different items. If you can actually find what you need in stock, you might get a good deal. But you won't know whether you'll get your item or not until a couple days after you order. At that point, you may very well get a message saying your order has been cancelled. I don't like providing my credit card info to someone only to find out they aren't going to sell the what they listed on their web site. "
"NO, they didn't deliver. First they sent me two emails stating that the Weber products were out of stock & would be back in stock on 8/17. Then 2 days later they sent me an email stating that the Weber products would not be in stock again! How does a company have a sale of items that that don't have. Also, there were 3 other items on the order, and I wrote to them that I didn't want those without the Weber items, but I've yet to hear back from them. What a horrible experience. I'm done with them. There's too many other people to buy from that actually care about their customers!"

"Website showed items in stock, not a "high demand" item mind you. Ordered submitted. Business as usual, then the next day receive back order notice. I wasn't in a hurry so that's good. Worth it for a sale item. Next day order canceled due to lack of stock.
1. Why isn't inventory accurate at time of order?
2. Why not just let the item go on back order?
3. Why cancel without even asking?
To me it just seemed like they did not want to honor their sale price. Looking at their website, it doesn't seem like that have many items in stock."
