"Well my experience started off with with an easy online transaction that was very easy to use. the information was inputted and transaction completed with 5 minutes. I managed to input the wrong zip code and my material ended up going to the wrong location. I emailed to find out what happened not knowing the zip code issue... Dan quickly responded letting me know what happened and said that he would get another one in the mail to ensure it would be at its destination by Christmas. It arrived just as promised and i would recommend these guys to everyone. "
