"When I ordered my rib racks it was about 3pm central. I got a call from a young man at 5 pm saying because my order was placed after 2 pm that it wouldn't be shipped until the following day. I had express shipping and he wanted to be sure I understood there policy. I had read the shipping terms and was fine with it. That's the first time that has ever happened to me and I was impressed. Service is what America was built on and I appreciate what y'all did.

"This review is written on behalf of my parents who have been taken advantage of my this company.
BUYERS BEWARE! I would strongly reconsider purchasing items from FireCraft. My dad purchased a $1000+ pellet grill last month. After the freight company delivered someone else's product, arranging for return of this item, and then waiting an extra week for them to track down his grill and deliver the product he ordered, he opened the UNDAMAGED crate to find that the hood was bent and nonoperational. At this point, any company that has any sort of customer service should have immediately tried to rectify the situation, right? FireCraft did anything but. At first they tried to say that by signing at the time of delivery we accepted liability. Did I mention that the outside package was not damaged in any way? Then after several phone calls and emails, they agreed that they would send a replacement hood, but only after they resolved the issue with the freight company. So now another month has gone by. On Monday, the replacement hood finally arrived, but guess what? That was not the only part that was damaged. FireCraft's response...we will accept return if YOU pay the freight! I don't know about any of you, but if I decide to invest this much money in a product, I expect that it will work when I get it. If not, I expect that the company will accept some responsibility and try to resolve the issue in a way that doesn't put me out more money. Not FireCraft. This company is just bad news and should be avoided. If you do decide to go ahead with this company, in order to protect yourself, make sure you unpack everything and check it out before you sign anything because you can be assured FireCraft will not do anything for you after they cash your check."
