Then about 10PM at night I got the key in an email, even after we had agreed to cancel/refund,as I will not need it. I called the next day and he said yeah, we can't accept a refund it was already emailed. I was like I called within 2 hours and your IN STOCK item was not available. They just ordered it from Fortinet after order is placed, this is the definition of NOT IN STOCK! He said he would try to get a refund, and they never issued a refund so I was forced to call the credit card company to dispute it.
