"Started as a simple reach out to sales to verify a part was in stock on a Friday afternoon. Monday it was confirmed that it “should” be in stock and a quote was made. Price was good so I placed the order letting the sales rep know that I needed it on Friday. We put overnight shipping on the order and that was the end. I checked Tuesday and Wednesday on the order and was told all is well, it would arrive on time and there was no concerns. Wasn’t till Thursday that I was told the quoted price was invalid and that my order was never processed. A new quote was generated (~$100 more) and I reluctantly placed the order. This time we changed the address to the data center so if the part didn’t arrive Friday at least it would be on-site. Unfortunately the part did not ship out on time and did not arrive. On top of that they shipped it to the wrong address.
