"First I will clarify I am not an IT professional. I am an Operations Manager for a small radio company so I get nominated to try to update our Watchguard Firewall.
A friend in the IT world suggested Firewalls.com so I went with his suggestion.
Finding the right product was pretty straight forward. Bought the product without much problem and then.... nothing.
I ended up having to contact Customer Support at least twice before I finally was able to obtain my new subscription license key. Each time I contacted CS they responded fairly quickly, but in the mean time our firewall subscription lapsed possibly putting our station at risk for attack etc.
It just seemed way harder than it needed to be in my opinion.
Once I got the key I was able to update our firewall without too much issue and we seem to be OK now.
My over riding comment is this... do not assume everyone that is trying to use your service is an IT professional. Some of us have just been pressed into service to try and keep things running.
