"My only complaint relates to shipping. I went out of my way to find out where they are located so - according to their website Indiana (a 2 business day delivery) - so that I could make an informed decision about which ship method would to use.

Based on this information I opted for the ground shipping option, but was disappointed to learn, after it shipped, that the order shipped from California (a 5 day delivery). It would be helpful to know where an item ships from when deciding whether or not to choose an expedited ship method."
