"We are a small business with a perfectly functioning Purchase Order (PO) system with many other vendors. However, firewalls.com cancelled our first PO order without any explanation; they didn't even tell us they canceled our order! So, we reached out to their customer service via chat to be told that POs aren't allowed under $2K USD and they also aren't allowed for "unvetted" businesses). None of this information was on their web order pages. Their customer service acknowledged this poor communication and not only helped us complete a new non-PO order, but also credited our first purchase quite a lot as an apology! Well, apology accepted! We'll definitely be ordering again from firewalls.com but I would ask that they put their terms and conditions in plain, overt text right on the web order page when the PO payment option is selected. It would have spared us the entire confusing loop. It also begs the question, how do we get "vetted" by firewalls.com for future POs?"
