"Quick sale but slow delivery of my license key that I was told would be delivered in two days but 11 days later still don't have it. Called three times and was told I would have it by end of day but nope.
Update: Sales Manager finally got involved and got me fixed up in a few minutes. Seems emails to me were getting bounced back. Not sure whey it took 11 days to figure that out and let me know about that even though there were no other reports of this type of issue with other users that have sent emails to the same address. I appreciate that completed sale, however, follow up clearly needs to be better.
