"I ordered a license renewal that was clearly marked as "ships immediately via email" on the web site. It was also marked as "in-stock." I ordered and received an order confirmation. About an hour later, I received an invoice showing the order had been paid in full. No license ever arrived that day.
The next day, when it still hadn't arrived, I called to check on the status and was told that it "could take up to 24 hours" and that my license would be emailed within that time frame. It had been 22 hours since my order at that time. No license ever arrived that day.
The next two days were the weekend -- no license arrived.
On Monday (the 3rd business day), I called again and asked the status. They said that they were not sure what the problem was, but that they would check on it and get the licenses to me that day or call if there was any reason why they wouldn't. No license ever arrived that day.
On Tuesday (the 4th business day), I called again and was told the same thing as Monday. I explained that I had already been told that and they said that they would definitely call me back within the hour with an answer. No one called.
Later that afternoon, the license finally arrived. No explanation. No phone call as promised.
So, a license renewal that was promised "immediate delivery by email" didn't actually arrived for SIX DAYS (4 business days) later -- and only after SEVERAL phone calls and live chats to the company. In the end, it finally arrived but with no apology or explanation."
