I utilised the expertise of the team at Firewalls.com to assist with the configuration of a new SonicWall after reading recommendations on a forum elsewhere.
I'm based in the UK so the majority of communication took place 3PM GMT onwards. Pre-setup of the Firewall took place remotely and further assistance was supplied during the 'live' installation. Some issues were encountered but they were promptly resolved by the Firewalls.com staff.
