"The training videos are very helpful for me as I needed specific functions accomplished. I was able to watch select videos and set items up on my firewall without issue.
One suggestion I'd like to see Firewalls.com implement is having their tools available for everyone who purchases a subscriptions. Currently I believe you need to purchase a firewall from them to get access to these tools. Unfortunately not everyone can just purchase a new firewall. We already have our firewall and have no business need to upgrade at this time.
I feel that the tools Firwalls.com should be available subscribers as the monthly fee is not insigificant."
