"Terrible. Their SonicWall Backup software (64-bit version on Win7 Enterprise 64-bit) does NOT work.
Poorly designed, unnecessarily requires admin privileges, attempts to use FTP when an UNC path is specified for the LOCAL area network...not to mention various other errors etc.
Support has not yet responded with any sort of fix after I've emailed several times plus filled out their form. We're stuck with non-functional software, it seems...
Maybe this will get me some customer service and fixed software??????
1/24/12: Sent this review to sales @ firewalls.com, they checked with tech support, it was a 3rd-party product they were reselling, company disappeared, took all source code with them, they are now rewriting the app, they gave me a refund and promised me a free copy, I said I would modify the rating and review in return for the free copy, they say it will be ready early Q2 2012, I'll try to remember to update this review again when/if I get the free license of the new backup software.
7/5/2012: They sent me a few iterations of the new version, none of which worked properly. Recent attempts to communicate with them result in no replies. If things get any better I will update this review.
