"Firewalls.com had the cheapest price for a SonicWALL Email Security Virtual Appliance, but only if I qualified for their Secure Upgrade Plus Promotion. To be sure, I emailed a sales rep and gave him the product number and serial to the current solution we were using. After a week of working with SonicWALL, trying to get my product activated or completely removed from my account so we could return, I had no luck. A sales rep from Firewalls.com contacted me however, wanting to make sure if there was anything he could do to help, he would do it. My return was processed within 24 hours. He said he would have been happy to have worked more with SonicWALL to register our product or give me the product I needed free if I hadn't needed the product so soon and purchased it elsewhere. Although my experience was a little poor, I really appreciate the efforts they went to take care of me in the end."
