"Product was delivered quickly. Install took a few phone calls to complete as I have several computers that needed internet access through a router, buffered by the firewall. I will be calling back to see if I can speed up the connection as it slowed down significantly after the install."

"The purchase process was easy, however, the product I bought came with a training guide that I have not been able to access. I called customer service and they said they would send me an email with information on how to get access to the training materials. I have not received this as of yet, so I am unhappy about this lack of response.

Following my review above, Firewalls.com responded with a full year access of their training videos. That is a great response to my review. In the end, they came through.

"Generally good prices. They aren't can-spam compliant, and still send marketing emails with each additional order. I wish they would stop sending so many marketing emails even after unsubscribing. I had a bad order experience in the past, and it took almost 5 weeks for them to resolve it. If they would have paid better attention to my details, they wouldn't have messed it up. I had to restate myself multiple times, and work hard to get the issue resolved. Even when I first contacted them to resolve it, it was still many weeks before it was really resolved."
