"I bought a Citizen Calibre 8700 BL8000-03A on-line from
First Class Watches, after I checked the legitimacy of
the merchant at www.seiko.co.uk's store locator by
providing the postcode CV8 1HD (the postcode of
james moore jewellers, 9 warwick road,
kenilworth, CV8 1HD = First Class Watches).

I placed my order at Saturday night and at
Monday morning they shipped it. If I was located
at the UK I would have received the watch the
next working date, but since I live in Athens
Greece, it took 6 working days to reach my hands
through UPS Standard. It must be somewhere between
3-6 working days for southern Europe, because in
3 working days was in Italy (I was checking it
from UPS's tracking system at the Web).

The watch came very well protectively packaged in
its original Citizen package with all its documents
and its International Guarantee stamped by FCW.

The only "problem" I had was (blame Citizen) to
see how to use the self-adjusting strap of the
watch, because there wasn't any schematic or other
reference to its works in the watch documents,
so I checked in youtube a related video and
finally realized that its clasp with the "tooth"
that locks on the leather holes opens (initially
I thought it was fixed, and had no clue how to
pass the leather part through it).

I am really happy with my watch, it is beautiful,
and if I get another watch in the future for me
(e.g.Seiko Premier Moon Phase Auto-Kinetic Direct
Drive SRX003P1) or my beloved ones , I would
certainly choose again First Class Watches,
because THEY DO DELIVER.

"I'm pretty happy with my experience - the watches are awesome, the price is good, the delivery was quick (7 days from The U.K. to Australia).
There were only a couple of things which could be better. The watch tin had a small dent and the gift bag was crumpled and a bit torn. it was not a big issue for me, but there may be people for whom it is important. So you can consider a better packaging.

When ordering online they let you know that if you measure your wrist they will adjust metal bracelets to fit. I measured mine, but the instructions didn't make it clear whether they needed a tight or loose fit measurement, so I didn't send it.
Having ordered I received an email telling me the order was on hold as the bank had declined payment. I phoned FCW straight away and got through quickly. They talked me through the problem, (security code not easily readable due to a worn card) and confirmed the order for delivery next day - great. Another email from their couriers saying they would deliver by a 4pm deadline. It arrived well packaged and undamaged at 2pm!
