"I'm an avid jogger and have owned treadmills since they were first created. In 2008 I bought a cardiozone treadmill from fitnessblowout and after years of reliable use, one morning it stopped working. I called tech support and spoke to Augustine, their Director. After he heard the symptoms her determined I needed a new drive motor. One was sent to me and it arrived 5 days after my initial call. When it arrived, I called Augustine back and he walked me through installing it which turned out to be much easier than it looked. My treadmill is now alive and well!

"This company is horrible! Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Life Fitness Treadmill from them and was promised a lifetime warranty on the machine. I also purchased every insurance and warranty upgrade they offered to make sure I had no problems in the future with the machine. When I received the machine... it didn't work. I've been fighting for months with them to try and get them to fix it... with no luck. At one time they told me I just needed to figure out how to fix it myself!!! It's been months of fighting with them, months of paying for a machine that doesn't work... and they have yet to send a technician out to fix it. Moral of the story... If you buy a machine from them and happen to get lucky (receive a machine that works), the first time you have any problems with the machine, your luck will run out. They don't honor their warranties. They don't return phone calls and emails... and most importantly... they don't care. Run... Seriously, run as far away from this company as possible. Do no purchase anything from them."
"I was looking for a reconditioned Precor AMT 100i, which is a top of the line free motion elliptical machine that I had used at the gym and knew would be ideal for my wife's degenerative knee condition. "Delivery was delayed, scheduled 3 times, claimed truck broke down. When delivered they would not bring into my home, they left it outside. I assembled the treadmill and am using it and it works just fine. There were a few cracks and broken plastic but not enough to interfere with operation of the machine. "
