"I have had my Precor Commercial 576i Experience Series 'Certified Pre-Owned' CrossTrainer for two months and I couldn't be happier. It has a ton of different work out programs, and keeps my excercise fresh and fun. I also enjoy the incline ramp feature, as I can really feel a variety of muscles being used. The people at FitnessBlowout.com are also great to work with. I hope this message inspires others to achieve their fitness goals.

"Long story short: I have had a very good experience with Fitnessblowout.com, from my initial inquiries regarding one of their products, to the delivery of same. Long story below, if you wish to read it. This site asks if the reviewers have been asked by the store to write a review, and I was; however, my original response to fitnessblowout was also a positive response, and I told them I would refrain from writing a review until I had received the order and could give a review of the whole process, from inquiry to receipt of product.
I ordered a ProForm Tour de France bike($1427 - best price I had found to date) from Fitnessblowout.com, and have been very pleased with the process. I ordered the bike on Aug. 17, after having online chats and email conversations with a couple of different employees, who were very helpful and courteous.
After ordering, for some reason I decided to research the company (I usually do this BEFORE ordering anything online), and ran across some negative reviews, primarily regarding shipping and delivery. I waited until about 2 weeks after I’d ordered, and contacted Michelle Piovan, who had been assigned to process my order. She told me that she would notify me as soon as the shipper gave her notification, and reminded me that her original email stated that processing and shipping would most likely happen between 14 and 21 business days; I must admit, my concerns were not alleviated!
However, after a couple days I received notice that my bike had begun its journey, and I checked the tracking number given me by Michelle. The bike had indeed been shipped, and yesterday (9/12) I went to UPS to pick it up (it was to be delivered to my home, but when I called UPS I learned that it would be put on their truck this morning, for delivery later today; I just couldn’t wait to get it).
The package was in great shape, even though the box had a few of the normal bumps and bruises, and the bike itself was in perfect condition. The only complaint -and it is minor- I have with my whole experience is the time it took to receive the bike, but perhaps I just don't understand shipping operations.
I assembled it, set it up and even took a short ride on it before turning in for the night.

"I ordered an ellitical on 8-11-12, they said it would take 14-21 days for delivery and we have yet to be notified. It is Spet. 6th now and I have emailed them asking but they keep sending the same email saying the same thing back to us.
After reading all these horrible reviews I am worried now even more that they are a scam. I am wishing I never ordered it now !!!
If it is not here by Monday I am going to be very upset, if it does and it's damaged I will not pay a dime on it until it gets fixed properly.
I feel bad for all these people who have been ripped off when our economy is like it is and to be taken advantage of is unexceptable !!!!

"I was looking for fitness equipment to get into shape. Researched a few options on the internet and liked the Freemotion Strider sold Fitness Blowout. I spoke to their team a couple of times and found them to give good quality advise. I finally agreed on a good competitive price with the product warranty that I needed. My views and interaction have been very positive so far. I haven't yet experienced their delivery or customer service; and will come back to the site to report on that; as I experience it. I have seen that there have been concerns raised on service/delivery by other reviewers so I hope that I don't experience the same issues. Irrespective, will report back eitherway.

"My treadmill arrived and was set-up promptly and professionally. After about 6 months of happy usage, there was a bit of a squeak on the balance of the treadmill and I called the guys over at Fitness Blowout and see if they can send a technician under their extended warranty package. Their quality guy named Henry called back and wanted to setup service. I got busy and failed to call him back, but he just kept leaving messages! Once we connected, I not only got fantastic service, but this guy really knows how to make you feel like a special customer. I still have an awesome treadmill, got a great price, and the service is beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend these guys."

"My wife purchased a 910C Exercise Bike online in February of 2011. The product arrived while I was away on business, so she assembled it with a family friend. I later double checked the assembly process and it did not deviate from manufacturer specifications.
It did not work right out of the box. The electronics required to change resistance levels and monitor heart rate did not work. Thus the promised varied workout of this machine was non-existent.
I tried Tech Support and Customer Service to no avail. Every attempt to fix the problem failed. Finally, I told the Tech Rep to make arrangements for shipping the defective bike off of our property. He never returned my call.
Since, occasionally life does happen, I lost track of this project for roughly six months. Upon attempting to return the bike again, I find that no one has the desire to take any responsibility for this sale or product defect. To be certain they will take your money, however they are reluctant to resolve your problems, return your calls or refund money.

Have received contact from Customer Representative and progress is being made to resolve the issue. Current rating has been increased from 1 to 3 Stars. Once exchange is complete, I will further update. this review.

"You have to understand this company is all about sales and not about customer service. You have to be very careful listening to the salesperson. He says things like "received probably next week". A month later, I am still waiting for the treadmill. I keep calling and they keep telling me I will receive a call today. Every day. Forget cancelling your order, if you do not do it the same day you will pay an insane amount for restocking an item you never received. I am dreading receiving this item as I have no faith in this disgusting company."

"I ordered and have received my inclined treadmill. And everything went well. The treadmill works great. But I have tried to contact customer service and technical support with FitnessBlowout regarding getting a copy of the warranty that came with my purchase as well as a manual for regular maintenance, etc. I have made three phone calls and was on hold via speaker phone for one to three hours before my call was mysteriously disconnected. I have submitted three emails of which I received one general response. However, my request were never addressed in the response. I will continue to make inquiries.
I am warning anyone considering doing business with this company to reconsider. It will be a crap shoot. Until you hand over your money, they will be courteous and seem knowlegeable. After your purchase has gone through, it's like being in a ghost town. No one is there. I have never had a negative experience like this with any company. My purchase was for $1,400.00. One would think that would warrant more responsible behavior."
