"When I received my order - Powertec Olympic Bench WB-OB20, my son and I attempted to put it together and realized the instruction manual requested parts that we did not have. I double-checked the box to see if there were other parts but there were not. I notified the number for Fitness Factory Outlet and was asked to email the company with serial number for the weight bench and a description of the missing parts .

Number 23 Hex Bolt 1/2 by 7 1/8 (1 part)
Number 22 Hex Bolt 1/2 by 4 1/8 (1 part)
Number 25 Round Head Bolt 3/8 by 3/4 (2 parts)
Part 29 Washer 1/2 (20 Pieces)
I will email tonight and ask that these parts be shipped to me so that we can finish assembling the weight bench."
