"I received a damaged treadmill deck. They placed the blame on FedEx but it is their poor internal packaging. They filed a claim with FedEx which was approved but they WILL NOT ship the replacement deck until they are paid from FedEx in 30 days. It has been about 3 weeks from my initial order after dealing with them and have another 3-4 weeks if I even get the replacement. TERRIBLE customer service. Of course, when I ask to speak to a supervisor they can only send me to a voicemail. DO NOT buy from this company. Price for the deck was $20-$30 cheaper than others. NOT worth the headache. If you see a good review, I would consider them lucky or its an outright lie!"
"They appear to be a complete sham. They have an inventory of parts, just not typically the ones pictured on their web page, or the one the customer needs. They sent me the wrong part, don't even know if it's a real part, since it won't plug into my machine. Then they refused to help with returns, replacing it with the actual part, etc. I have sent them photos of the part they sent, the part I ordered, the part on my machine, the serial # and model # of my machine. They simply keep delaying. When I told them I was going to decline the charge with Visa, they threatened my with a $25 charge-back fee."
"I may be the only one here, or maybe happy customers don't review? In any case, we needed a motor to replace a dead one in our treadmill (Life Fitness T5.0), and it's the type of part that is near impossible to find anywhere else. It's very heavy and expensive, but suffice to say, without it the treadmill would be useless.
FitnessRepairParts.com came through for us without any problems, it was well packed and I was able to install it without any problems. There shipping updates were accurate as well. The treadmill now runs like it was new."
"I ordered a part for my elliptical machine. The part arrived damaged. The service and support team refused to help. I spoke with two representatives. They stated they could send out a return label, then send me a replacement part 30 days after they receive the return. This is unacceptable timing, and they were unwilling to compensate for the damaged part or for the significant delay in providing me what I had originally ordered, which was a functioning part.
This is complete dissatisfaction with their problem resolution.
I even offered feedback, a 39 cent piece of Styrofoam would have prevented the damage, but they did not even care."
"Not only did they send the wrong part we had to pay a minimum along with shipping. When called to let them know what part we needed she immediately said it was no longer available. Wasn't told this first time I called. Quite the scam they've got going!"
"went thru their website to find the exact make and model part I needed. They sent wrong part. Would not accept a return without charging me a 20% "re-stocking fee...on the wrong part! Made me send several pics to their "investigators" which clearly showed they sent the wrong item. Didn't matter, the investigators drag you along with email after email wanting more pics...even wanted a pic of me measuring the part and a pic of me measuring the machine so they could see "the exact measurement of how far off it was". (it was 18" off) Ridiculous. Called Visa and did a chargeback.

"Purchased a power cord for my Stairmaster 4600PT that is used in my home (i.e. no 220 volt line). The power cord sent has a 220 plug and thus will not work in my house. I called to ask to return and replace and was told for my $133.00 purchase, I would only receive $60.00 back with restocking fees and return charges. They sent the wrong item but I have to pay for the mistake. Customer service was horrible and I will be calling Stairmaster to complain and recommend that they never do business with this company again. Awful. If you order assume you won't be able to return or get a replacement if the part if defective - all this company cares about is getting your money not in providing you a quality, valid part. Stay away!!
