"The replacement controller was non-functional in that the single fuse on it was blown -- this is a specialty fuse not available at big box stores. In addition, once the fuse was replaced the replacement controller caused additional damage to the treadmill electronics. Despite requesting a replacement controller within the stated 30 days, Fitness Repair Parts refused to exchange the board as it was beyond the warranty -- based on order date versus date of receipt,including all weekend days and holidays."

"I needed a new Schwinn 825 control power board. I was worried about buying a rebuilt electronic power board, but took a chance. I am happy to say that it is a perfect match for my treadmill. I noticed that a capacitor has a different temperature range than the original, and because this was a problem part on the original board, Fitness Repair Parts has corrected what I feel was a manufacturer defect. The price was fair. The deliver was fast and to my door,(I live Manitoba,Canada)I could not not ask for more. I am now just waiting for the $50.00 core charge to be paid. I will use their services again if needed and I have recommend them to others. I think Fitness Repair Parts work hard at doing a good job."

I was so psyched to find a company that had the parts I needed. While making my order, apparently I agreed that shipping any DEFECTIVE parts back would be AT MY EXPENSE. Are you kidding me? It cost $20 to ship it back, and Sheila (extension 118) the manager refuses to budge on this. She also refuses to allow me to talk to someone at the corporate level and has completely blocked me. Who owns this company, how can I get in touch with her boss? Has anyone else gotten any further than me???"
"We ordered a new controller for our Norditrac. It initially seem to be ok. My first long run, the speed setting and actual speed was off. The speed readout fluctuated from a half to one mile per hour faster than what it was set to. I also was needing to send back the old controller to get refunded the $40 core charge. I emailed fitness repair and told that they do not provide a return shipping label for the old controller and that I would have to pay to have sent back. She also wrote that for the new controller that I could retun it and pay $15 bench test since it taken out of wrapper or I could pay a local company to come out to fix it. My personal opinion is tha Fitness Repair SUCKS. I'll never use them again. Zero customer service!!"

"STAY AWAY !!! yes, all these 1 star reviews sum up my experience with this company. Shipped me a damaged deck then said i had to make a claim with UPS and it would take 4 weeks to settle the claim. i said will you ship me a replacement deck regardless and they said yes after the claim is settled. So i would have to wait the 3-4 weeks. Then after all of this the belt was 2 inches too short , the web site says that its the right belt but it clearly does not fit. So i ask to exchange it for the right belt.... oh but its past the 30 day warranty. So i was screwed out of $150 dollar belt that was their mistake. no use talking to a manager they just say nope your out of luck. They do not offer any form of customer service at all STAY AWAY!!!!"
"The price(over $100) was way too exspensive for a drive belt for a machine that was worth at most $500 new. With an installation charge of over $100 it was almost better to buy a new machine than buy a replacement part from your company. Be carefull you may price yourself out of bussiness!"
