Of course, the cost was ridiculus.
A ten dollar part... by the time I got done, I had spent about 36.00. There is a 25 dollar minimum fee, so either you cough up the bucks, or they force you to buy something you don't need.
Add to that 10.00 to ship this thing... Could have gone USPS priority mail for less than 5 bucks.
I would never do business with these people again and would recommend you do the same, if you can possibly avoid them.

I asked for 6 items, I checked stock on the phone and I ordered from FRR because of their alleged "largest listing of parts online"…?
It would appears that it is just that, a listing only.
CS this AM was not at all concerned with the fact that I've had two customers cancel their parts orders with me due to the delay.
I've lost time & I've lost customers who question my company's ability to service their equipment.

"The good: Part shipped the day after I ordered and arrived quickly. It was the right part, fit correctly, and appears to be of comparable quality to the part I took out. I was informed when it shipped and provided a tracking number. All in all, exactly what you want when you order something online.
Now, the not so good. The price of the part was, frankly, outrageous. I found another site that offered the part for over 2.5x (yes, two and a half times) less with comparable shipping. However, it was backordered there, and I needed the part. On Fitness Repair Parts, I could not tell if the part was in stock, but I placed the order anyway. It was obviously in stock and, as I said above, shipped the next day.
Also, the shipping was high, nearly $14 for 1.1 lbs. It was "good" shipping, though, in that they required an indirect signature and delivered on Saturday. Also, this is comparable to other parts websites.
All in all, I got the part I needed quickly. However, I paid over double what I would have paid elsewhere if I could have waited a few weeks. To their credit, there were no surprises; I knew I was paying way too much when I did it.
Also, be sure to look at their return policy and warranty. I considered their terms to be particularly onerous compared to other sites I've ordered from with a short warranty period, large restocking fee, long refund processing times, and a laundry list of "terms" to satisfy. I was nervous ordering from them with these terms, and I am thankful the part works as advertised.
Recommended, assuming you are ready to pay the price and accept their terms.

"I totally agree with the rest of the comments and confirm that I had same problem with two of my orders, where some item was out of stock (never mentioned on the web site and there were never an e-mail notification sent saying that item is currently out of stock). I hate the fact that you have to purchase minimum $25 that is forcing you to buy an extra item if you below it. Also customer support is completely ridiculous. When I asked them can you separate my order and ship main item immediately I've been told that beside they will charge me extra $5 (item cost was $20 to make it to $25 min charge) there will be a separate $11.54 charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, COMPLETE RIP-OFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSANE SHIPPING PRICES, AND SHIPPING TAKES MONTHS TO RECEIVE IT. "Besides a one-month period between order & delivery (a Back Order - nowhere on the website indicating the part was out of stock), FitnessRepairParts charged, on both our recent orders, an outrageous amount for "Shipping & Handling", in my opinion (and I have the benefit of knowing legitimate shipping rates after having worked many years as purchasing agent). It appears to me they are marking up the freight charges by at least 50-percent - or more! Their web prices seem reasonable but in my opinion their "Shipping & Handling" practices leave me feeling very disappointed, even violated. mouth "
"Fitness Repair Parts.com Is a RIP-OFF. They sell used and defective parts and refuse to take them back in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
I bought a display console for a treadmill, which failed in less than an hour of use. They refused to take it back (it cost over $450!) They claimed I had installed it incorrectly – I would need to have a professional look at the machine. I paid for a professional evaluation, which confirmed my claim and contacted FRP with the documentation – I received no response after repeated attempts. The technician also told me I was sold a used or refurbished defective part.
I finally contacted the local BBB and provided them with documentation. The BBB contacted FRP and also with no response.
Check the BBB on these guys – they are a total rip-off. Wherever possible buy parts directly from the manufacturer – you may pay slightly more, but they will stand behind their product.

I called them and they said they were waiting on 2 parts (cheapest two) that were in my order so I asked if they could ship it separately customer service lady told me no because that would put the order under the minimum $25 for the remaining two parts, but If I wanted to purchase more she could, besides she said it would cost additional shipping. I couldn't believe what I heard, I ask if that's company policy and she said it was. No apology for the length of time the order is taking, just did not care I've been waiting a month!! Terrible customer service (comparable to silting your wrists)."
