"I sent a email about 3 to 4 weeks agoto you but never heard back. I was happy with the product but the shipping I thought was kind of high, but than I was charged duty that was almost as much as the shipping. Paid double for shipping and duty as what the product was worth. I would be looking for a different shipper as I have bought a number of items from different states and have not been chaged any duty from these shippers."

"I paid for a set of Cybex 530T replacement pedals and the scammers sent a set of CHEAP Schwinn non-functioning pedals! I tried to send back but the manager refused without paying shipping and a restocking fee. Clearly, bait and switch! DO NOT BUY FROM THE CON ARTISTS!"

"I ordered a replacement power adapter and they sent me a non-functional unit. I checked the unit with a voltmeter which indicated that it was putting out zero volts. Apparently, they can't even be bothered to check whether they ship functioning products! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They make you pay to return the non-functioning units as well."

"I ordered a motor controller from Fitness Repair Parts. They sent it to me that day. I received the tracking number the next day. The part arrived the next week in good shape. For about $400 I was able to get a $2800 treadmill going again.

I recommend Fitness Reapir Parts. If I ever need their assistance again, I'll use them.

3. Sending me replacement for the defective part took them 30 days. (Their answer was, 'it is standard procedure')
4. Part sent second time was also defective.

"This company will send you defective parts and charge you to return or replace them. They are a very unethical company, they have charges for everything. They sent me a defective part and told me over the phone that they "think it is not defective." I bought a part for $180 that was defective and they refunded me $80 after 30 days which did not include the $15 I had to spend retuning the defective part. I cant make a dispute on the credit card because they will charge me for that too. Do not buy from this company, even if they are the only ones who have the part, as was in may case, I just lost our on over $100 because of their mistake. "

"Found this site simply by a Google search of my treadmill's model number. They had the breakout of the parts and associated pricing. Ordered an additional new part that was more asthetic at the same time as my critical replacement part. Both came in a timely cost effective manner. The only issue I had was that FedX could not find my address that Sears had found the very same day."

"Do not buy from this company.
I ordered a replacement console for $300 for a Pro-form eliptical machine and received the part in about a week. The part that was sent to me was not new the protective coverings had been removed and stuck back on haphazardly. When i installed it, it did not work. Called customer service got a RA# sent it back at a $20 cost to me. Never heard from anyone. Called 2 weeks later and was told that they received the part but they were moving their wherehouse and could not give me a date as to when the replacement part could be shipped. Waited 3 more weeks called and was just told that the part is backorded and they cannot give me a shipping date. I asked for a refund and was told they cannot refund my money. So i have no part and no money. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company.

"Really impressed. Great prices at half of what the manufacturer wanted to charge me for the parts. Arrived quickly via FEDEX ground. Parts fit perfect and appear to be of good quality, like OEM. Only thing that would have been better is if I didn't have to sign with FEDEX when they delivered the stuff. They sent it FEDEX with signature and I'm not home during the day. However, would buy from them again."

"I was really happy with the order process and the quickness of the delivery time.I have a treadmill i bought from sears i called them they couldn't find part the gut didn't have a clue.I looked on computer found Fitness Repair Parts i seen part in a picture ordered it and it was at my door in two days. Sears needs to do some training they lost my business. "
