"I order 2 charging ports for an Ipad 2. I tried to bill thru paypal, it came back unable to use paypal. OK so I used my bank card. I did priority shipping. A week later I had still not received the items, I went to the website to check my order status and it said "SUSPECTED FRAUD". WTH!!!! I contacted the company spoke to someone and told them to just cancel the order. I had already went somewhere else to get the parts. Was told no problem it will be cancelled. A couple of days later I was on my paypal account and see a charge for this company for the exact amount and the same day as my order. The money had also already been taken out of my bank account. I called them back they said there was only one order and they didn't even have the charge to paypal I would need to go to them. This all started on July 18th 2015 when I placed the order. I finally received the ports on August 10th, remember they were supposed to cancel the order. And as of today August 23, I am still fighting with them for the refund to y paypal account. I plan on returning the ports but I am not doing that until the paypal charge gets fixed. Horrible customer service and billing has their heads up their rear ends also. How do you bill someone without an order. Wonder how many other people they have gotten away with this on?!"

"Fixez's return policy was created so they will have no liability for product returned to them. I removed the plastic film protecting the screen I bought to ensure there were no defects wtih the product. After realizing I ordered the incorrect part (international v domestic) I returned the product.
I had to pay for the return of the product which is understandable since they said I could return unused parts. I did not connect the devise or use it in any way.
They advised me the product was used and would not refund my money since the plastic film was removed. When you order something, you thoroughly review it to ensure there are no defects or imperfections.
I feel the product can easily be rated as new if they put a new plastic film on the device. The would be very easy for an electronics company to do. Therefore, i asked for confirmation the product was destroyed. They are unwilling to provide this and keep giving me the same information about why they can not accept the return.
I do not want the return. I simply want a confirmation the product was destroyed and they are not providing this to me.
In conclusion. i would strongly suggest people use a different provider as they do not treat their customers well and this has been the most unsatisfied I have been with any company ever. Their inability to make it right by me is a sign of their ethics and how they do business. DO NOT use this company since there are so many other better run companies which provide much better customer service than Fixez.

However, the Moto G XT1032 replacement screen (Display Assembly and Frame) is very bad : unable to display white color, just grey. After 1 hour, the glass detached from the lcd screen.
In fact, the glass was glued with a double face tape!
So be careful, fixez.com does matter with the quality of their product.
Moreover, fixez.com does not take in charge the shipment cost for the return !
Customer service is very polite but they do not answer to all the question, lot of emails to make the return....
