"I'm a repair store and this is the worst customer experience I've had in 12 years of being in the business. I was lied to twice about the shipment of the order, and after starting a claim through paypal I finally got a call from them. They wanted to refund me my shipping $40 for overnight (as my order arrived 4 business days late). Then to top it off out of 12 screens 6 were bad. Have tried to call to get an rma to return; when I call answering service says they open at 9am ( I called at 9:30, 10, 10:45 etc.) and they haven't responded to email for return parts. Combine this with the rude customer service reps I spoke with when I called about where my "overnight" order was and this business is one of the worst I've ever seen."
