"Fixez is failing to honor their warranty for the listed part I purchased. I purchased a screen from fixez, after installing the screen the stopped working...I uninstalled the screen, took pictures and had 2 people verify the condition before sending the part in for an exchange. After the company received the part...they stated "You will see one of the cables is torn and physically damaged", which is incorrect because there is no cable that is ripped and physically damaged, only a cable that was detached at a solder joint (which had to happen is the hands of fixez. There are numerous accounts online ( of this company doing this same practice of failing to honoring their warranty/customer service issues. Fixez is failing to honor their warranty."
"Awesome store, awesome products and service! They were one of the few that I found with a high quality replacement LCD assembly for my Nokia Lumia 1520. And it was a lot cheaper through them. I had one small issue with the seal around the LCD. They got it addressed quickly and had a new one sent out quickly. All in all, a great company to deal with!"
"Bought a replacement battery for my phone. The manufacture date was from 2013 (it was two years old). I emailed them to let them know of my concern before installation, received no response. Once installed, it was clearly crap. Emailed them again, no response.
I have emailed them again, but I am not holding my breath . The battery that they sent me was defective, and they don't respond to customer emails. All of this was done within their 30 day return window.
I would not recommend this company for replacement parts."
"The purchase experience was pretty good and decent shipping speed. The installation went great and looked great, but after using it for a while you could tell the quality was not the same as the original, but did the job. After a couple months the adhesive holding the screen together starting coming apart leaving light leaking from the sides. Sent a message to them about this after not being able to find warranty information on their site and was told the warranty was 30 days. If selling quality products then the warranty should reflect that. I guess I get what I paid for and will just go back to ifixit as they at least have a 1 year warranty."

"I was sent a bad battery. I asked for a refund, so I could buy a battery from a different company, for half the price. They instead processed it as an exchange and sent me another battery. When I sent them the email, saying I was good to go for a return, they just said "Sorry" and did not compensate me for the return, or allow for me to send back the exchanged battery. Don't buy from them, the quality is crap."
