"Ordered a LG G2 Display Assembly (SKU# 2-Y-0806). Did not have time to proceed to replacement before the 30 days warranty period expired. Installed the screen and found out that one of the rows of the touch screen is faulty (doesn't register any touch). It is a common issue with LG G2 but because the 30 days period is expired, Fixez.com will not do anything for me. They outright refused to send a non-faulty part. I am very underwhelmed by their customer service. Even if you find out about a default in the part you ordered within the warranty period, be advised of their warranty policy: "PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT PART WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED". This simply means that after you install the part and find out it is faulty, they might argue that you damaged it yourself. And as far as I know, it is impossible to find internal defects in a smartphone component before you plug it in. BEWARE!?"

"1. You don't have video for replacing the back glass of Nexus 4 on purpose. The back glass needs to be destroyed piece by piece. Plus there is no way to prevent destroying the NFC as it is hard glued on the glass. You shouldn't even sell this glass as stand alone sku but the whole back-frame including the NFC.
2. There are very important parts that are not shown in the video.
- Battery is extremely hard glued so it needs to be heat up a lot in order to prevent destroying it.
- There are quite a lot of small parts on the frame that need to be located and migrated on the new one.
3. Tools are extremely fragile. As an example the spudger has been destroyed by its first use.
In order to fix it I had to consult 3 more videos that "explain" instead of "sale".
