"At first i was very excited, the first replacement screen i bought had been from some random no name chinese factory on amazon, and the quality of the screen was very poor. I had thought that this one would be much better, and it was for a time. However i noticed that throughout my use of this new screen there seemed to be preasure on the glass on the bottom half of the screen just right of the middle. The other day i was leaving school and i put my phone in my pocket, when home, i took it out and behold! the screen was cracked right where the preasure had been all along. Now due to the cracked screen, the touch capabilities are not working, rendering my phone completely useless. I have given up on this phone now, i have spent too much money buying replacement screens, i will ahve to wait and get a new phone some time, with a durable screen, or atleast one that still works after the screen has been broken. I am sorry for the back review, but this is my honest opion. not all of the screens may end up like mine, i believe that mine was defective as it had preasure on the screen ( hat was visible due to the touch module below the glass)

"My overall rating of FixEz.com is 4 stars however my rating for their customer service management is 5 stars. My rating for the company is based on the ability to get the part I needed quickly and exactly as described. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because of their extremely limited return policy. The items the company sells are for near outdated electronic items. They have been surpassed by new technology and the replacement items will hold their value for a fair amount of time now, yet the policy requires that an item be received back within 10 days and that a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged (minimum of $5). This policy is too restrictive.
On the other hand, when I called the customer service number and spoke to Sergio, I was met with an individual who truly cared about the customer and his company. We spoke about my concerns and ways to mitigate such issues in the future. He was very responsive and was even able to refund my purchase outside of the policy due to my circumstances. Though this is extremely rare, it shows the quality of customer service this company has. "
