"The Omnitech Service was just what I needed and one of those services that I did not know I needed until they introduced me to it - Now, I will never be without a "log mein" service again. The only reason that I have not signed up again with Omnitech is because I have signed up with the Geek Squad. I had a maintenance program with them for a year at approx the same period however, I did not realize that they had a "log mein" feature with their program also. When it came time to sign up for the second year, the Geek Squad offered me their plan for $100 for the second year with a $15 gift card from Best Buy - so essentially $ 85 as I will use the Gift Card - This is the ONLY reason that I did not sign with Omnitech - I was very happy with every part of their program except for the cost of the second year which at this point in my life was extremely critical - Next year, it might not be as critical & I will be willing to evaluate the 2 programs again after I have a year to of the same service from the Geek Squad."

"I am renewing and have had the service for more than a year.When my computer developed malwar, etc. it was quickly fixed..sometimes using the service of a live technician or by the use of the regular weely maintenance. I feel confident that the service will prevent and repair as needed any malware/virus type things that may happen to my computer. I feel secure knowing that I can call a tech and speak to a live person any time that's needed. All the people I have spoken with in person have been very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable."
