"Amazon is far far better than Flipkart in all aspects. Let me give you an instance:I ordered an Acer smart phone on 18th April backed by In-a-day Guarantee (Order ID# OD305777483365304000). It was supposed to be delivered by 19th April.
I had ordered this phone as a surprise gift for my mom's birthday on the 21st and was hoping that I will present it to her at 12:00AM 21st April while wishing her Birthday.The phone was not delivered on 19th. Flipkart **did not even bother to update**about the delay.On 20th morning, when I called up Flipkart customer care, a lady named Varsha picked up the phone and said that they will definitely deliver it before 8:00 PM on 20th. She also said that I will receive a follow up call from Flipkart on status of the delivery.
By afternoon, I received call from Imran who said that the pin code I have mentioned is incorrect and hence they were not able to deliver the phone. When I told him that Flipkart delivered me a book "Man in Search for meaning in Life" at the same address he immediately apologized and said that the phone will be delivered by 8PM.
I waited patiently until 9PM. When I called up Flipkart again after 9PM, I was greeted by a Sajjan Kumar who transferred me to his supervisor after placing me on hold for around 10 mins. Needless to say I was pretty irate by that time. But still I decided to keep my cool.The supervisor (I could not get his name), an arrogant sounding man said that the package cannot be delivered before 21st 10 AM. I pleaded with him and explained that it was meant to be a surprise gift for the most special lady in my life, but he sounded as if he did not care. His words were "Sir nahi ho payega. Flipkart main call karne ke liye dhanyawad." (Sir it cannot be done. Thanks for calling Flipkart). He hung up the phone.
I was dumbstruck. I am beginning to curse myself on why I trusted Flipkart to deliver my package at the right moment.
**P.S**: Do not TRUST Flipkart. They just do not care about their customers or promises

I have bought one trouser from Flip cart, I have ordered on 6th of Aug2015, it suppose to get delivery by before 12 th Aug 2015, issue is tilI today they have not delivered to me and no follow up from their side, and after repeated my follow up they give 5 promise date, finally today they delivered after 15 th day, now received product having size issue, they have sent me rather then my selection, now I had complained to them but they telling out of stock and for refund again I have to wait 2 to more days.
And some time they are sending mail stating that " we have delivered your product kindly update the feedback' and " we couldn't delivery your product because their is no response from your side' - they have not made even any call.
Flip chart team also don't know how to behave with customer, for every thing they are our as per policy this is not possible that is not possible, and is their any policy from Flip cart to mention that customer only to get suffer,
Very very worst service from Flip cart.

Philips Hair straightner HP 8310 is priced at 1995 Rs on Flipkart where as if you see other sites like Jabong,they are offering same product @1570Rs.

Also their Courier partner Ekart delivers products so late and when asked to come & deliver at a specific time,they refuse to come at customer convenient time.

I have ordered Yota phone to flipkart. for three times and filpkart is not able to deliver it to me all the time I need to make complaint and customer care and they regret it and ask me to reorder. The site has policy that "cash on delivery" but the delivery boy wants money first before delivery for another item which I ordered. Most funny thing is that the delivery boy suggested not to shop from Flipkart. This they do when they have not got money. so Be aware of the site if you pay in advance you will be in trouble. They are least bothered about the customer. All the faults are of customer. The items are not delivered in time and to console you they will show simple favor as special favor."
