"This is not a good company. My daugher bought a tablet from them on 12/27/12. They requested a copy of my debit card, front and back, which will not happen. I asked for a refund and they sent it to paypal, which I do not use and was not my method of payment. I tried to dispute with my bank but since they said they refunded me my bank deined it. Now it is April 12, 2013 and I still do not have my money or a tablet. I have been fighting with them for 4 months to get my 10 year old daughters Christmas money back. I will never use them again or recommened them to anoyone. I tell everyone to stay away. Very bad business practice for the company."

Focalprice keep sending decent polite emails to let time pass buy but they don't do anything. I send the order number in my second email text and I attached pictures (jpg files) from Paypal: their answer was: "we can't open and read the attached file!s! Please send it again to another email address!! So I did and I am waiting,
Second, when I placed the order, their specs said the battery power was 3000AH and it should last for 4 hours on the average. Today, their website changed the specs to 2000AH without saying how many hours it would last! (it would last for 1.5 hours according to the web). What do you call this act?
I sent my 3rd email and said either deliver with the promised specs or refund to Paypal immediately. Never received an answer."
"I ordered a phone from focalprice and after SIX days of waiting they tell me that the phone is not in stock and I would have to wait another FIVE to SEVEN days just to get it shipped out. I was ordering this for a customer of mine, and he did not want to wait that long. So I tried to cancel the order, and I have heard nothing back from them in days. They wont contact me and they wont return my money. Buyer be were this company only wants your money and does not care about you or your customers."

Today is March 7, 2013, and just found out my order hasn't been shipped yet. When I purchased the item Sunday, March 3rd, I paid good money to have it delivered in 4 or 5 days. I never received a shipping notification all week. I found out it wasn't shipped by logging on their site today. I wasted all week because of this so called business.
The day after I ordered on Sunday, the company emails me asking to confirm my information or the order would be cancelled if there wasn't a reply in 5 days. Luckily I checked my email that day or I would have been waiting and then cancelled.
This was the worst transaction I have ever made with a company.
I asked for a refund and all they can say the order is cancelled. I cannot get them to say or write anything about receiving a full refund.
After researching the focalprice name I found there are many unhappy customers. I want to report this to PayPal for future knowledge and possibly they will stop doing business with them.
The item was advertised as being in stock but when I was on live chat with them today they stated it didn't ship because inventory shortage.
This was my worst business transaction ever and not sure if I’ll ever get a refund.

"I purchased a Tablet on February 8th and payment was subited immediatly through Pay Pal, the tablet I selected not only met my needs but also I made sure was in stock before purchase to ensure a quicker delivery (per Focal Price).
After a week without any notification from Focal Price I emailed asking for a transaction and tracking number, it took 1 week for them to respond asking me for the tracking number I was asking for.
Finally on February 25th I recieve an email stating the tablet was shipped on the 19th along with transaction and tracking numbers. I proceed to look online to find that the expected delivery date is March 13th which is completely unacceptable since the original estimated delivery date was 7 to 15 business days, this is 8 days after the 15 business day maximum listed on their site.
This tablet was to be used for a business presentation the weekend of the March 2nd and 3rd however I am now left scrambling to find another tablet (my own fault for trusting writen information on the site and not having a back up plan)."
"This store is a fraud from Russia. They never shipped my order and just delayed so I would not be able to make a claim with Paypal (45 days max from order date). Luckily, I was able to make a claim with AMEX and get my money back.
Their customer service would not care less.

"Worst shopping experience EVER! Went to buy a tablet on Feb 17. They took payment immediately. I get a message the following evening (read the next morning) saying that in order to continue they need a scan of the front AND BACK of my credit card. This is NOWHERE on their site that you can find PRIOR to placing an order. This is also their policy for ALL credit card orders (giving some excuse how they've been frauded before so they do this now). I told them I wont provide that and if they can't ship then they are to refund my money. They said they would but it would take 15-25 days to get a credit.
It took a call to my credit card company and MULTIPLE messages to get the credit back on my card but not before changing the refund time from 15-25 days to 15-20 BUSINESS days to 7-13 days.
They also REFUSE to have any correspondence outside of the messaging system on their site. The one email I did manage to get from them that was outside their site was from some random number at qq.com. Its through their site or not at all.
All in all this is one of the shadiest business dealings I've ever had with a company. Do not be fooled by the few positive reviews here. Notice how they use short, simple sentences to hide their lack of English and how they're looking forward to buying more stuff.
Bottom line: Anyone who requires a scan of your credit card, won't communicate outside of their website and changes the terms of their sale AFTER they get your money is a SCAM!!!!"

I ordered a $23 "Mesh Design WII to HDMI Conversion Cable" from focalprice.com on 12/25/2012 which is used to connect Wii to TV. I received it on 1/4/2013, but it did not work. I contacted focalprice.com the same day. They requested that I send photos to prove that it is not working which I did right away. They responded by saying that they would make a decision soon. I didn't hear from them for more than 2 weeks until I send another email requesting a refund and threatening that if the issue is not resolved I will dispute the transaction. Since then we have exchanged multiple emails. In their emails they suggested a few way to fix it such as having it repaired in local store, offering me a coupon, resending me a new one, etc. This has been my worst online shopping experience. "
