"I bought a Kangxin VF V3 from Focalecig about 4 months ago, and recently it developed a fault whereby the lower of the 2 adjustment buttons sank inside the body of the mod.
I contacted Focalecig using live chat and struck up a conversation with Doris. She passed my problem onto Eleven in Service, and within a very short space of time my problem has been resolved.
After submitting a couple of videos Eleven offered to replace the faulty unit with a new one.
I must say that the quality of customer service that I've received from Doris and Eleven has been superb; very efficient and friendly as well as being effective.
