I have ordered two times at this store already. Once form the main store and once from their local warehouse (very good idea btw.).
Do not be naive when ordering here, everybody should knows that they sell clones and that they ship from china. (No shipping during holidays in most other countries, too - so that's no valid reason to complain)
I was surprised at how responsive their support is (managed to change an item in a pending order) and how fast shipping was (arrived within 2 weeks, no customs, no hassle). If that is too slow for you, pay extra for EMS or DHL!
I will definitely order again here, always knowing where they are located and what they offer!.

"I do most of my ordering with Focalecig and I have been very happy. Doris is very helpful and any problems I have had she has taken care of it. I usually order 3-4 times a month and usually receive my orders in 7-10 days. Only twice have I received a defective item and I was credited the amount for one and the other they sent with my next order and I didn't have to send the item back either just show pics. Focalecig also has a facebook group which 5 days a week Doris is on to answer any questions and take care of any issues you have which is nice touch."
"Focalecig is my go to shop for what I need. I have over 26 orders in and had one issue with a stripped RDA center post. Quick email to FC's service and it was solved within a day. Extremely pleased with the way I was taken care of. Plus our Doris, Doris is the best customer service rep there is. She is active and reachable via Facebook. Just placed another order yesterday and it shipped already! They call me the RDA Pope and FC keeps me set! :)"
"horrible, horrible company! I will never use them again and now ive made it a goal to tell everyone I know about them.
I waited 18 days to receive an imitation! in their product description it showed a genuine product with the name and the packaging etc.. when I received my product I went to the brand website to verify the scratch off serial number. on the brand website it stated that my product had been registered over 45,ooo.oo times. when I emailed "focalecig.com with this information I was surprised to hear back from them because I had emailed them twice before asking about delivery of my order. to my surprise they stated that I had in fact ordered a "clone" and they had stated that in the description. however, that was a very untrue statement. if they were not trying to pass it off as genuine why would they send it in a brand name box with the scratch off serial number? regardless im not going to give myself the stress of fighting with these people. I would have to pay to ship it back and hope they credit my paypal account back. so im stuck with this crappy "clone".
ive got to say im frustrated with paypal as well for associating with this type of business. on the "focalecig.com" website itself there are several complaints. its obvious this is not a reputable company."
"Horrible Service, online said their product was available for shipment. Ordered 2 days before they went on vacation. Item was stuck in processing before and after their vacation (2weeks on vacation). I emailed about my order 3x asking when they would ship. 1st excuse was they didnt have it in stock (clearly it said they did on their website), 2nd excuse was they were receiving shipment at the end of that week or beginning of the following week...still nothing on my order. 3rd time I emailed was the final straw, I was making a complaint by this time...only then they shipped out my order.
Got it rather quick however, the item was defective so I had to send it back after waiting about a month to get it. Its been about 2 weeks and it still sitting in customs. Horrible Horrible Service! Do not order from them! They ask you questions on how much the return shipping is when they dont say anything about paying for it. "
