"The pricing here was good. Ordering was easy. However, trying to cancel that order after hours was not. I hadn't realized that my local Best Buy had the same audio receiver that I could go pick up until after I placed this order. I attempted to cancel this order through the chat feature, but either no one reads the 'virtual' chats after hours or they just ignore them. That part of my experience with Focus Camera I was very unhappy with. Considering how awful delivery/shipping services are these days, I figured pickup from my local BB was a safer bet than waiting for delivery of an item from the east coast to the west coast. Fortunately, UPS did get it here a week later. IF I order anything from FC again, it'll be during day time hours (which are quite limited for an online store and more so for someone on the west coast) when I can actually reach a LIVE person."

"Order a Camera Bundle for an EOS 80D, received mostly everything but the most important item the camera. Now that I have, I have made some research online it seems like FC is used to doing this to customer, so either you guys are scamming people or Im not sure. I have been talking to this young man who has been nice, yet has made me feel like its my fault . the first thing I was told last friday when I called was please send photos of everything. I did that right away. Now I keep being told you need 24 hours then you need another 24-40 hours again. Then I keep being told the camera was in the box??? When it wasn't , not to mention the bag had some defects and also there was an item that was switch with another item which I chose not to make a big deal about it. At first I just wanted my camera sent, but since I started to see that you guys didnt not want to really help a customer (rule #1 the customer is always right) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue my business with FC. Instead I just want to resolves this and would like a shipping label so I can send back the few items I receive. If my card gets charge I will take legal action against your company because it seems like this has been done to a lot of customers lately . I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. It shouldn't take more than a week to figure out what happen to a camera that wasn't shipped to my home, either you guys sent the wrong box, forgot to put the item inside the box, or I would hate to accused someone of stealing and scamming me for $949.00, which is pretty pathetic & sad. God knows all things."
"First, I am a real customer and not a fake review. I just received my lens today, and couldn't be happier. I purchased the Sigma 100-400 for my Sony A7iii and decided to buy from Focus Camera because I preferred the bundle they were offering (price is the same everywhere). Typically, I research companies I'm not overly familiar with, but for some reason I didn't look until after I ordered. I'll admit that I panicked a bit after I placed the order and saw these reviews. Ouch! I actually considered trying to cancel my order, but didn't. Anyways, I assure you, that in my case I received great service, order shipped the next business day, and it did ship 2-day air as promised. I'm very happy with my experience ordering from them. I did register my Sigma warranty no problem also, so no issues there. "
