"Bought an Hp table top on 7/31/18. On 3/20/19 it started turning off by itself for no reason. This was in the middle of my daughters online class. Brought computer back up and it would not reload the class. 3/21/19 computer did the same thing. Called focus camera and all I got was a message that it was outside their business hours. That was at 2 PM EDT. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF."

"Do not waster your time ordering from this company if what you're ordering needs to.arrive when they say it will. My order didn't arrive on time leaving me unable to attend a weekend seminar that cost me $1k to attend. After going through Amazon and attempting to reach a supervisor at Focus and not receiving a return call in a timely manner leaves me quite **** off and disgusted that I ordered from them instead of the other retailers Amazon offered for this particular rangefinder. I ordered Tuesday morning, they printed the shipping label on Tuesday, but didn't bother to send it until Wednesday evening, making it impossible it to.arrove on Thursday by 8pm as stated when I ordered. I am a disabled vet and could have made arrangements to.get this rangefinder from another source had it not stated clearly that it would arrive begorey leaving for this seminar on Friday midday. Your shipping Dept is to blame and your customer service absolutely ****! NEVER AGAIN!"

"Ordered a Wasabi charger/battery kit for my LUMIX FZ300. I was annoyed when they sent a different kit. When I called to report the problem, the rep told me that the kit I wanted was not in stock, so they sent me the alternate. Unfortunately the substitute did not have specific features that I needed. So, they told me to keep the kit that was sent to me, and they immediately credited the original purchase price back to a PayPal. A pleasant surprise, so I will look to Focus for future needs."
