"My entire experience is troublesome and this company is not trustworthy! Focus Camera has sent me an unauthentic and fabricated item. This is considered a counterfeit matter on behalf of this company. I have kept detailed pictures and proof of evidence.
In the event, I went and purchased real and genuine Anker Soundcore Liberty Air earbuds from Anker because I was skeptical! I reached out to Anker's customer service and managing department to report this issue.
The charging case, the earbuds, the lights, charger, etc., is a knockoff compared to the original product. I want to warn others who make purchases with Focus Camera.
I think this is beneath a company to act as if they are selling authentic items to customers who are paying real money and having to endure a loss. This company didn't come to any resolution but, they only assumed I would send it back for inspection. I wanted to save less than $10 and realized it's never worth it when you end up paying the price. After reading several reviews, I'm not the only one who experienced a terrible outcome. I will be spreading the word about this company. Focus Camera should be held liable for their negligence.
It is revolting for them to try and "re-sell' this item to someone else by asking for me to pay for a return, extra shipping charges and that it should be in "resalable condition" when they receive it. That's very questionable for any consumer. I will be saving someone from another loss.
This company has chosen to make unethical decisions and do bad business, thinking they could fool customers and "cheat" their money. This is unacceptable! Please, go spend your money with a certified retailer and purchase straight from the source. This ensures you're getting genuine items from an honest company!"
"I placed an order for 3 of an advertised 2pack of cameras and 2 SD cards per the ad. The shipment arrive with a total of 3 cameras and no SD cards - it should have contained 6 cameras and 6 SD cards!!!!!!!! Placed an order on 11/28 for the Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones (Black) W/ Wenger Laptop Bag bundle
On 11/29, received an email to notify that the order has shipped with a tracking number of 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx95. Base on the tracking information, it was supposed to deliver on Thursday 12/5/19. However when looking into the tracker details, there was another shipment associated with it with a tracking number of 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx85 but status as "Order Processed: Ready for UPS".
On Tuesday 12/03, talked to a customer service rep via Chat Line and asked why 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx85 hasn't left yet. Supposedly cs checked with UPS and informed me that I should wait for another 24 hours to see if the status is changed or perhaps wait until Thursday to see if both shipments arrive. If not, I should contact Focus Camera again.
On Wednesday 12/04, checked shipments status and 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx95 was "We've received a request from the sender to return the package" and 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx85 was still " Order Processed: Ready for UPS". called Focus Camera and spoke to another CS. this CSn didn't know why the 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx95 was triggered to send back. Either him or the CS from yesterday initiated the package lost claim with UPS for the 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx85 shipment. later received an email from him about the UPS lost package claim and UPS will contact me for more information. He also ask if I would like a refund or a replacement.
On 12/05, I checked with UPS on the lost shipment and they informed me that they only talk to the shipper about the lost shipment instead. I called Focus Camera again and unfortunately I talked to a very rude CS lady whom told me that there's nothing she can do and UPS will contact me directly and I should wait until they then. I asked how long should the wait be and if there's anything Focus Camera can do her response was no and hung up from there.
I emailed the CS again to request for a replacement or a full refund asap, and received the response "Unfortunately we cannot process a reshipment at this time because UPS is looking into the whereabouts of the package. Since you will be out of town, we can process a full refund once the investigation is complete."
If Focus Camera business model is strive to provide excellent service to customer then I feel Focus Camera should provide a replacement instead of having me as a customer suffering thru the mishap between UPS and warehouse or unsure when will the issue resolve and leave me in limbo or my payment hostage.
There should be no reason why Focus Camera cannot provide me a replacement to my order while UPS is looking into the lost package. If they found it, Focus camera always can request for return like they did for the other shipment 1ZXxxxxxxxxxxxxx95."

I used several shopping malls including Amazon, but there was not such a weak package.
The shipping package is a thin plastic bag with no protection at all.
It is not even a bubble wrap or an air cap.
Buyers of products sold on your site often value their product boxes.
